Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a short-lived, frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty, herbal. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, herbal, earthy, nutty palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
