SOUP DOLCITA is our 7% IPA brewed for SOUP DAY 2026, a special edition showcasing Dolcita (formerly known as HBC 1019), a recently named hop bursting with character. Expect sugary peach rings, pineapple creamsicle vibes, a hint of lime zest and subtle dank notes.
We paired it with Mosaic in the whirlpool to push berry and stonefruit expression, building a layered and juicy aroma. The dry hop is split with 50% Dolcita and the remaining 50% between Mosaic and Citra, delivering balance, intensity and complexity.
A full-on tropical banger, like a daiquiri in pint form.

Can from The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Nice nose of pineapple, peach, sweet citrus, papaya. Tangy sweet citrus fruits & tropical fruits in the taste. Rich sweet fruits with a sharp hoppy edge. Very tasty burps too. More than happy with this.
