An aromatic malt blend, rounded out with a gentle floral aroma from the hop bill, this is a British-inspired brown ale, all about balance with character.
Naming: There are many racehorses hailed as great, but few have been as beloved by so many as Deep Bond, owned by the Kyoto racecourse. Although he never achieved a G1 title, his performances on the biggest stages of the race captivated the hearts of those who watched. Even in defeat, his unwavering determination to keep running left a lasting impression, and his image, galloping swiftly like a blue shadow, still vividly comes back to mind. This drink is inspired by Deep Bond, crafted to allow racing fans to revel in that lingering memory!
Food Pairing: Fried octopus "karaage" and thick cut chips, beef and ale stew, tuna and nut cheese dip.

Can. Dark brown, close to black, but not. Clearly quite cloudy too, with a tall, thick, tan head. Nutty malt nose, toast, caramel, cocoa. Lightly sweet, some fruity esters, dark cocoa, peanuts, toasted bread, caramel. Slightly roasty and bitter. Well put together.
