Pale blond color. The aroma is quite flowery (elderflowers), with a light vanilla touch. Sweet and lightly flowery flavor, not syrupy as other Meads, with a light cake touch, and with some alcohol. Average.

(Ceramic bottle 70 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden. Weird fruity and spicy aroma but no real trace of honey. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel, light flower notes and an unpleasant, boozy finish. Sub standard mead. 140308

70 cL ceramic bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with no head. Aroma is perfumed and herbal to spiced. Sweet and floral honey flavour. Ends very sweet and somewhat simple. Lacks complexity to be interesting. Overall a perfumed floral mead.

Bottle. A clear, pale yellow mead with a citrusy aroma, followed by alcohol and some honey and lemon. Sweet flavor with too much alcohol as well as honey, herbs and more sweetness. Yet it is a drinkable product. In a way it is quite nice, but that’s it. (070430)

A light yellow mead with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet and dominated by honey, but also with a strong alcohol presence. Nice mead.
