12 ounce can shared by SHiG via Travlr at the DC Summer Saison & Sour Tasting, 7/12/14. Pours a clear amber color with a thin frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of caramel malt, mild cardboard and hops. The taste is toasted malt, raisin, a bit of cardboard. Medium bodied, high carbonation.

Not sure what they mean by bock but this is like fake lager. Amber pour. Some barley. Tastes like stowed away cash on foreign bank accounts - aka dirty. Bottle thanks to Travlr.

Can courtesy of SHIG, arrived in the mail from Alaska just ten minutes before a tasting - thank you sir! Clear light golden amber color, white head. Aroma of slightly vegetal caramel. Taste is similar.

Draught at the brewery, on January 25, 2012Clear amber color, off-white head. Malty, cream taste. Some alcohol aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet scent. My fav of the 4 beers we tasted, when it comes to a review of the beer. For drinkability though, for me, it didn’t really suit the weather and temperature (very hot and sunny) we experienced this day. Would work better in Swedish winter ;)

Draught: Poured a rich dark brown with a light reddish tint to the edges, the head is off white. Aroma was very sweet malt. The taste was gritty with roasted malt, finish was a lot harsher then I had expect.
