We brewed a Double New England IPA with the Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. It was all tropical hops down a two way lane. It's smooth, like ice, cold to the touch and tastes very nice.

ZincFest2026. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, some mild fruity tones with a mild citrusy kick to it. Flavour is citrus, some oats, mild herbal and some zesty elements.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A very mild haze on this deepish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a little dry, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Light bodied smooth pale malts, sweet without being creamy sweet or grainy. The hops bring light pine into a vibrant tangerine, mandarin and pink grapefruit vibe that is both slightly sweet and slightly tangy-tart. Airy finish. Love the hop fruit punch on this one.

Nose is raw pineapple, bitter orange, grass, mandarin, ripe melon.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, melon, guava, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.
