It's time for another big flavour bomb! Big Pink is a NE style DIPA featuring the all-time classic combination of Citra and Simcoe. We've brewed Citra/Simcoe pales and NEIPAs before but never a DIPA. We're really delighted with how this one has come out: full of deep orange and mango character from the Citra with a beautiful underlying sweatiness. You know what we mean, it's delish!

Panda thanks to Cloin. A hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Smooth pale malts, touch of grain. Soft pine. Juicy and slightly ripe citrus, orange with lesser touches of tangerine and mandarin. Simcoe seems anonymous to me. Found this pretty underwhelming. Gravity Well can do much better DIPAs imho.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 05/07/2026.
Murky orange topped with a big old creamy white cap.
Nose is juicy citric flesh, grass, melon, papaya, mandarin.
Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, papaya, light perfume, pine resin, mandarin, stone fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.

44oml can picked up from Gravity Well Brewing Taproom, Leyton, London. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a decent white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit aroma and taste. It's another excellent dank DIPA from Gravity Well.
