0.7l bottle shared most generously by Gurthnar at the Valhalla tasting. Clear golden-amber body, off-white head... Intensive, sharp funky aroma - glue, fusels and brett. Lean, dry taste, minerally, acetic, THP, oily, some alcohol burn, rough... Oooh... this one has gone too far. Gurthnar has confirmed it was much better on the Boarday - what we guessed was that it was peak when it was bottled and served, but in the next few months it continued "working" in the bottle, and that went the wrong way... The story of the beer is great, bit sad it won't score higher, but it was what it was.
