An elevated blend of the 2019 vintage of Utopias. This release experiments with Cognac and Madeira finishing casks that add distinct vanilla and subtle nutty notes with elegant dark fruit aromas. At the end of aging, we added a touch of our Kosmic Mother Funk, a wild ale fermented and aged for two years in Hungarian Oak foeders. Just for the Denver Rare Beer Tasting the brewery added time in barrel with cocoa nibs and orange peel. You'll taste flavors like plum, raisins and toasted oak, finishing with a rich cocoa contrasted by bright citrus.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Clear dark copper-amber color with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Sparse spots of lace. Oak, malt, dark fruit, citrus and vanilla in the nose. Full-bodied and rich with flavors of oak, dark fruits, caramel malt, citrus, vanilla and cacao. The finish is sweet and boozy with a lingering chocolate, vanilla and malt aftertaste. Excellent beer all around.
