Received in a trade with MeadMe, thanks for the opportunity! Pours a fairly murky copper color with a decent sized milky white head that slowly dissipates to a cap on top. The aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, caramel and brown sugar mostly with hints of pine resin and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with sugary caramel malts and a solid shot of ethanol. Light bitter citrusy resinous hop flavor with a firm hop bitterness. Medium body with a light to moderate level of carbonation and a sweet lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Decent enough IPA, but a bit sweet and a little too alcohol harsh for my tastes.

Sample at Hay Merchant in Houston. The beer is a hazy amber color with a medium foamy off-white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt, citrus and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of citrusy hops, bready malt and a touch of warming alcohol. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average all around.

Dry hopped cask at Petrol Stations anniversary party. Pours a cloudy amber with a small frothy off white head that quickly diminishes to nothing. The aroma is floral hops and grapefruit. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet hop and resin. Hides the alcohol well making it easy to drink, a very good IIPA from Rodeo Clown.

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a clear deep ruby amber with a near white white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of resinous pine with some backing bread notes and a bit of grapefruit. Flavor has a lot of pine with a bit of resin and grapefruit backed by earthy grains.
