A hazed pinkish ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity and Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with raspberry jam, residual sugar, light acidity, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Draft at the source. Cloudy reddish golden amber color, off pink head. Beautiful aroma of sour berries, freshly picked. Taste is softly sour raspberry, cherry on a tart lemon background. Delicious, complex, and highly drinkable.

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 1/23/14
Aroma: The aroma is big on raspberry and sugary malts with some tart notes
Appearance: The pour is reddish-pink in color with a small beige head
Flavor: The flavor starts off very sweet, but there's some late tartness that balance it
Palate: The body is on the lighter side, leaning medium, with an average-plus carbonation
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty tasty one. It was very sweet up-front. It falls somewhere between a fruit beer and a sour. Bonus for being quite unique.
