Collaboration with our friends at Side Project Brewing, this IPA recipe is inspired by both of our methods and is double dry-hopped with El Dorado and Riwaka hops.

Undated can drunk 6/10/26.
That weird greyish tint to it that always makes me think oxidation...
Nose seems to confirm. No overt oxidation but malt is prevalent. Hops reduced to only vague fruitiness (or is that the yeast). Nothing offensive, but this isn't that old and I've kept it in the fridge, so it shouldn't smell like vague fruit and heavy graham cracker.
Bitterness up front leads to sweet, bready malt notes suggesting liquified graham cracker with honey. Again, there is no distinct hop flavor, just vague bitterness and bread that is going stale. A shame. Maybe my other can wasn't affected?
2nd can had a better pop to it, but obviously this must be hotside aeration, as this beer is extremely carbonated and has a large, well-retained head. Same candy-like sweetness, vague bitterness and no distinct hop flavor.
