Cloudy and pale. Thin head. Medium tartness and plenty of piña. Simple but I guess it’s effective.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of lime upfront, with a touch of pineapple, thankfully no yogurt. Flavour is bursting with bright lime, a touch of coconut, gentle pineapple, and gentle acidity. Simple but the adjuncts are nicely attenuated, and there’s no typical yogurty character. Good for a kettle sour.
