Bottle. Cloudy, gold in color. Small head. Aroma like a weak Belgian witbier. Taste is coriander, orange peel. Just average.

On tap at Mason’s Pub in Huntsville. Pours a bright, hazy yellow with a large frothy white head. The aroma is tangy and citrusy, with notes of wheat, ginger, and lemon peels. The flavor is very sour, perhaps overly so, with little else. The feel is acidic and astringent. The body is light, and the finish is crisp and clean. A good example of a traditional, yet creative witbier.
