Can. Yellow color, medium head, a little lace. Rather bad beer. Does not taste like a "German Ale". Taste is way too bitter. Aroma is straw and hay.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can ffrom shrubber85 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with huge bright white head. Aroma is light malt, medium body, medium carbonation, and little big bubble lacing. Taste is light malt, light grassy hops, hints of lemon, and crisp hops. Easy to drink, but not much flavor.

Can: A huge white head that after it finally recedes, shows a light yellow-gold. Sweet lemon, grain aroma. Taste is very soft...barley malt, lemon. Almost creamy...light....pretty good, but it’s just too light and delicate.... Not quite enough of any of it’s parts.

On tap at the Nook. Pours a bright gold with very little head. The aroma is strong citrus, wheat, and bananas. The flavor is fructose sweetness up front, with a significant hop bitterness in the middle and finish. The flavors are very mellow and well balanced. The palate is surprisingly heavy, astringent, and acidic. Feels strangely thick and chewy. The aftertaste is mildly and pleasantly bitter. Overall, a subtle and unique beer.
