Red Ale. Birra ad alta fermentazione d’ispirazione inglese, dal carattere leggero e beverino. In bocca si presenta con un corpo medio, note di caramello, nocciola e una leggera tostatura, il tutto armonizzato da note amare legate ai luppoli inglesi utilizzati. Al naso la presenza di un mix di malti conferisce tostatura e note erbacee e terrose date dai luppoli. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, luppolo, lievito.

750ml bottle brought back by Shirley from a cycling trip in Calabria. Shared with two other friends and the sink (it was a drain pour sadly). All a bit of a mess really. Nice looking red beer, but it wasn't 'right'.
