This straw yellow summer ale was brewed with a mix of British and American hops. The result is melon and citrus-forward flavors and aromatics with lightly expressive yeast notes and a lean malt backbone.

Brewery nitro draught, 6/5/26.
Rich, fruity yeast mixing with dainty, but fairly rich, honey-like malts. Floral hops but not perfumey, nor do they dominate. Touch of toast and cellar mustiness on the end.
Soft, with bread dough and honey. Touch of toast and good fruitiness adding cherry and other fruits. Supple mouth feel and deep texture but the beer remains dry and refreshing. The flavorful hop and fruity yeast is strong and gives a ton of flavor well past expectations for the abv.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Bread, hay and melon aromas. Crisp with sweet berry and melon upfront turning to earthy hay before the lasting pith finish. Nice.

Can at home. Clear golden pour with frothy white head. Nose is hay and citrus. Tastes of hay, lemon, gooseberry, honey dew. Light bodied and easy drinking. More subdued flavors than most summer ales. Pleasant
