Try to set the night on fire, winter is not over yet ! « Light my Fire » is an Imperial baltic porter brewed with Brazilian coffee.
We used fresh coffee beans from @Way Coffee in Ghent (Belgium) to bring some more complexity into this dark beer.
To be very specific we used “Brazil Bota Fora, Yellow Bourbon,”. This coffee is not fully dark, partially roasted and brings hazelnuts, apple, plum & milk chocolate notes to fit and pair with our dark malt aromas.

330ml, draft.
Pours black, with a thin-medium brown head.
Nose is roasted malt, maybe lactose, flavor is mainly coffee and vanilla. Finish is fruity and sweet first, then coffee again.
Yet another stout that surprises me and is really pleasant to drink 😇

Tap at Kaapse festival. Dark brown. Lots of coffee, chestnuts, chocolate, earthy, brown sugar, hazelnuts. Solid sweet, less bitter. Slick full body.
