A beer made according to a recipe by homebrewer Emil Strzeszewski. In addition to the typical additions of this style—orange peel and coriander—lemongrass enhances the refreshing effect. The entire composition is completed by fermentation with a premium yeast strain specifically designed for Witbier, giving the beer a distinct Belgian character.

Piwo jasne niepasteryzowane, niefiltrowane.
Unpasteurized, unfiltered beer.
