Bottled from Bierkompass. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma, flowers, red fruit. Taste, grapefruit, spices, herbs. Nice long bitter finish. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty coriander and sage aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty sage flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, yellowish body and a dense, white head. Chunks gather in the bottom of the glass. Lots of sage on the nose, my first though was myrica, and pale malts. Acidic, herbal flavor with some malts. Medium body. Overall, too sweet and too herbal and too sour, obviously not on the right track but far from undrinkable. 100917

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with a hint of malt and lots of herbs, rather easily identifiable as sage. Dry and slightly tart flavour dominated by sage. Clean and well brewed but a bit heavy on the sage

Bottle. golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is sage, herbs, malt. Flavour is sugar, sage, malt, hop, alcohol. Strange beer.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, December 2010. Pours clear yellow with a creamy egg white head. Nose is baking powder/dough and spices. Very dominated by sage. One dimensional. Medium bodied.

bottle, thank you Allen! Hazy golden colour, large white head, nice aroma of sage. Again, rather sour start. Malty with intensive sage flavours and some grassy-herbal hops in the finish. The fruity sourness dominates the beer (expiry date 2011).

Bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it in a trade with Allen (thanks!) Poured a murky yellow body witha big thick white head. Herbal assault in the nose. Sage? Possibly though not obviously so, like a mixture of some herbs. The taste is bitter, dominated by the same spice. Reminds me of rosemary here but if they say sage, why not. It’s an interesting herbal beer, not unpleasant but still nothing I’d drink more than.... once a year?
