Triple the berry, triple the deliciousness!
We took our wheat heavy base beer and added a hefty addition of Honeyberry, Tayberry and Raspberry puree. The result is a beer with comforting flavours reminiscent of berry conserve on freshly baked bread. A further brewing addition of cracked corriander seeds and sea salt helps counter the sweetness with some refreshing savoury character.

Can picked up at the brewery by my mate Daz. Cheers pal. Fully smoothie looking ruby red. Fine suds of dirty pink. Nose has lots of bright sweet berry notes. Raspberry jam on toast thing going on. Some creamy notes, presumably of the oat addition. Taste is light sweet with dryness and a good fruit tartness. Very refreshing and quenching. I don’t get the coriander but there’s a touch of salinity in there. Juicy tart finish. Another solid bev from this outfit.
