A highly hopped, moderate bodied beer which comes in at 5.2% ABV. The hops schedule includes healthy doses of Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo, and is tuned perfectly to provide the hops bitterness explosion that IPA fans seek without a lingering bitter aftertaste.

Can. Pours hazy robust amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of hops, yeast and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour, mwith notes of yeast and malt, and touches of grass. Hints of fruit. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Rather watery, despite the reasonably high carbonation. Drinkable but nothing special.

12 oz. can, thanks to weihenweizen. Pours a murky, brownish orange color, with a medium, dense, cream colored head. The nose is wet grass, aluminum foil, mud, and pine. The flavor is bitter and off. Medium body, astringent and clingy. This can is old, I think and I hope. Didn’t finish.

Can. An unclear, dark orange-golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is a bit weak, with peaches, pine cones and a malty touch. Quite bitter on the palate, with a soft and low carbonation. Medium to full body. Peaches, pine cones, some biscuity malts and a touch of grapefruit and grass in the flavor. Lasting bitter and citrusy finish. Orange zest and grapefruit. A decent one, but lacks some on balance. Not that an IPA should be balanced, but I guess you know what I mean. 150618
