Bottle: My first rating of a cider, so here goes. Pours a lot like apple juice with an aroma that first struck me as candy corn, then into some butterscotch, and finally the smell of apples. Flavor is sweet and tart apples. Lively carbonated. Enjoyable.

First cider of the night at the Indra - Cider, Sake and Mead tasting 8/31/07. Pour is golden amber with fizzy carbonation. Creme Brulee (slightly burnt cream) nose with apple. Taste is very dry cider, some sweetness, some sour. There is a lingering sense of funk throughout. Interesting, though not really my thing.
