Our brewery's identity is dually inspired by a Joseph Conrad novella and a subsequent well-known Hollywood adaptation set in Saigon, Vietnam - the home of our brewery.

Pale amber. No head. The aroma is a bit spicy, with both the passionfruit and mango showing as well. Good bitterness, and that provides a backbone with a light pale malt note, and then the sweetness from the mango coming in over top of it. The passionfruit, obvious on the nose, is harder to find on the palate outside of maybe a bit in the finish.

Poured from 330mL can. Clear-ish blonde gold with small white head. Passionfruit upfront, hint of mango on the backend, bland lager base with some bittering hops. The passionfruit character is decent, could be refreshing on a hot Vietnam day.
