Draft at the source. Dar briwn, brown head. Aroma of burnt caramel. Taste is candied dates, raisins. Nice.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark brown color with a medium thin tan head that recedes steadily to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Roasted malt and caramel in the nose. Light-bodied with a roasty character and flavors of malt, toffee and mild coffee. The finish is sweet with a toasty malt aftertaste. Decent Mild all around.
