Fermented slowly in cold conditions to hold flavour, not too cowsheddy!
More like....I've just cleaned my farmyard as I'm doing a hipster documentary and I've thrown mud on my Land Rover.
Medium dry, super refreshing. Great with cheese TBC by @caldercheesehouse shellfish or a peppery salad.

500ml bottle from CrapApple. Hazed Golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, fruity, farmyard funk. Taste is sweet, appley, funky, barnyard hints, with some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying funky acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
