4 Breweries came together to collaborate on one base recipe with cellar side choices that were each their own. All are brewed with pilsner malt and oats, also all hot side hopped with Galaxy. In our version it is dry hopped with more Galaxy, Motueka, and Waimea along with AU tropical Terpenes. Fermented with a new hybrid IPA yeast from Lallemand called Pomona named for the Greek goddess of fruit trees. Big peach notes along with tropical and lime citrus flavors.

Can with some coding on the bottom, but nothing legible, drunk 7/16/26.
White grape juice galore with a bit of sweet white peach and interesting mineral. Passion fruit and/or guava on the end. Really rich and almost funky. Pale malts add a delicate, gently-balancing honey-like character.
Big, zippy bitterness up front is surprising but welcome and doesn't get too acidic. Like unripe green guava mixing with unripe pineapple. Obviously Galaxy-driven, but it isn't piney/sprucey/chalky. Malts are fairly deep, supportive, well-attenuated. Earthiness, mineral and unripe tropical fruit linger long. The "sweet", playful white grape and white peach from the nose isn't really apparent in the flavor, unfortunately, but the hops are done really, really well, nonetheless. Any time you can eagerly gulp down an IPA that has Galaxy in it (which is not often, to say the least), the brewer has done a hell of a job.
