AROMA: medium-low guava aroma with hints of currants. medium-low neutral sour background with a lactic character. APPEARANCE: very light pink color and hazy. low off-white head with low retention. TASTE: initial fruity flavor of medium-low guava and some red currants. medium-low clean lactic sourness in balance and in place of bitterness. finishes semi-dry with some hints of wort and yeast. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. faint puckering quality. OVERALL: a very drinkable NA fruit sour ale.
