Cornish full juice, sparkling, wild fermented dry cider.

no added sulphites | 6.8% ABV

An orchard blend of Michelin, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Tale Sweet, Tommy Knight, Cats Head, and Tremlett’s Bitter.

Bright and lively, with yuzu-like citrus and sherbet notes, underpinned by a grippy slate minerality.

Great with salty, savoury dishes — especially oily fish, shellfish, quiche, risotto, or cheese (particularly sharp cheddar or goat’s cheese).

ABOUT RIPE
We’re a small husband-and-wife cidery based in South East Cornwall, producing low-intervention, natural cider from our own ecologically managed orchards.

Our ciders are designed with the table in mind: elegant, expressive, and best served in a wine glass alongside food. Each one is made from 100% Cornish apples, handpicked from unsprayed orchards, fermented with wild yeast, and aged naturally for over 16 months. We don’t add sulphites, preservatives, or any other additives.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, earth, citrus, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, juicy, appley, some citrus rind, orchardy, funky, with bittersharp earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
