BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Rich orangey golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of apple, funk, with acetic & caramel hints. Taste is slightly tart, tangy, ripe appley, with leathery funk, some acetic notes, and mellow soft tannin. Medium bodied, low smooth carbonation, drying soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
