BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! For #rgpm. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of perry pear, citrus, funk. Taste is tart, sour citrusy, peary, with some funk, drying acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry citric acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
