Pendulum Pilsner is a rich velvet smooth, yet clean, dry and crisp pilsner of a pale gold color. The complex mix of hops and malt creates an elegant floral nose and delightful taste that is very drinkable without overwhelming even the most tepid beer drinker. Not overly bitter but just enough of the hop to enjoy their subtle complexities while still enjoying the smooth, and almost sweet taste of the malt.

From a can at British Car Day in Maryland. Aromas are of grains and lemon. Flavors are slightly sweet with a nice, but subtle, hop finish.

Bottle. Clear pale golden, low white head. Fairly neutral aroma. Light bodied, mellow mouthfeel. Slightly grainy base, ok grassy hop notes. Not so exiting.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine Manassas. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized fizzy offwhite head. Good head retention. Aroma of not much. Faint sweet malt and spicy hops. The taste is sweet malt, grassy hops, mild grain and raisin. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, slight lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Poured a pretty clear golden yellow color with a large white head. Aroma was toasted malts, some light grain. Plenty of crystal. Flavor was crisp and clean malts, some earthy and floral hop notes. Pretty clean, easy to drink - a pretty good Pilsner.

got this from my beer friend nate! its from the fridge in Lancaster, heheh. drank right from the bottle so I assume its yellah. smells like beer. wew, has quite a kick at first but after the first swig it goes up from there. yes, very crisp, getting better. goes down pretty easy, mostly well behaved. ok, better than average beer, refreshing to say the least.

Location: 12 oz bottle from State Line, 5/22/13

Aroma: The nose is clean and grassy, with some grainy and cereal malts, and light spice
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-orange color with a small off-white head and some drippy lace
Flavor: The taste is mid-sweet, with some nice malts, light spice, and a clean hop bitter finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, not at all watery, very clean and drinkable, with a lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: Wow, only 3 raters before me! Anway, I'll skip the bad Poe joke this time (I already did that in my "Tell Take Heart" review). I thought this was a very solid pilsener. It has a really nice mix of hops and malts on the nose, and the flavor works pretty much just as well. I found some small flaws that kept this from being a top of example style, but it is still a very nice beer. So far, after trying two of their beers, I'm pretty happy with the work of these here Poe fans. As far as Poe-centric things that are new to me in 2013 go, this brewery is way better than The Following.
