Bottle - Pine and herbal notes with citrus peel. Clear yellow gold. Tart, bitter and hrbal with some pine needle. Too acidic and too much bitter pine for me.

Pretty interesting, with lots of citrus here. Pretty spur for a mead. Pours golden with OK head and lacing. Honey and a touch of apple. Bottle.

Draft pour at Millstone’s First Annual Apple Harvest. Poured a yellow color, no head to speak of. Aroma is some nice honey notes, sweet fruits, sweet honey notes. Flavor was sweet floral notes, and sweetness. Incredibly easy to drink for 12%.

Bottle sample at the source. Cloudy straw color. Aroma of light sweet citrus, distant flowers. The hops really come out in the taste, still very floral but with more lemon, light grassy herbs. Tasty and unique.
