Our tart style of cider blends Polish dark, tart cherries with an oak aged cider. We blended a dark cherry wine with a rustic cider to bring together fruit aromatics, acidity, and earthy undertones. The tart complex cherry flavor will leave you hard pitted to not reach for another glass.

375mL bottle from the cidery. Consumed slowly over a little while.Purrty color. Cherry apple juice with cherry tartness. Tickles the sides a bit. Little cobwebs on nose. More musky in flavor. Its a lot of fruit, natural, tart, lightly sweet. Actual fermented berry is awesome.

Refrigerated 75 cl clear flip-top bottle poured into a white wine glass. Clear red, rich tart cherry aroma, medium body, and still. Taste date is tart cherry and some apples.

From a bottle at the Nov 2015 RateBeer gathering. Pours a hazy reddish gold with an off white head. Aroma of apple skins. Flavors of tart green apples and cherries.

Growler shared by maniac at the Annapolis tasting, thanks Joe! Slightly hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of cherries, funk, floral notes. Tastes of cherries, white wine, funk, floral notes, tart berries. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Nice cider.

Draft at Scion. Poured a slightly hazy pink-hued color without a head to speak of. Aroma was nice cherry funk notes, unripe cherry, light white wine notes. Flavor was tart cherry, green apples. Pretty enjoyable.

750ml bottle I picked up in Franklins. Pours a clear pinky grapefruit color with some apparent bubbles but no head. Nose is quite interesting, the slightest touch of funk, apple, some brown sugar, a little buttery, unripened cherry, a little white grape. Flavor is well balanced, lightly tart, lightly sweet, cherry skin, apple skin, a little buttery. Clean, lightly peppery finish. Nice.

Bottle sample at the source. Hazy pinkish red color, light carbonation. Aroma is floral berries. Taste is apple flesh, light vanilla, cherries, berries, flowers. Dry finish. Nice.
