A blending of cask aged aromatic cider apples with an infusion of wildflower honey. A sprightly and floral spring cider to be enjoyed as the flower buds begin to bloom

Bottle sample at the source. This was a young batch, still cloudy with lively yeast. Aroma was perfumy and floral. Taste is light, fruity, just a tad sweet. Probably my favorite of the day.

On tap at Meridian Pintβs DC Beer Week Cider Event. Pours a clear, lime green with zero head. Looks like sauvignon blanc. Nose of lime pulp, some saw dust, peach, apple, a little buttered popcorn. Flavor has a lot of wood, white grape, a little buttery. Dry, oaky finish.
