Bottle, tasted december 2015. Golden color. Oak, grapefruit, confit fruit and pineapple in the aroma. Sour flavor with lemon, honey and pineapple. Lots of carbon. Oak especially noticeable in the finish, Well blended, complex geuze that perhaps needs more time.

0.75 l bottle from former 'Firma Bier', 2015 vintage, bottled in October 2014. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Minimally sweetish, sourish, quite funky and gently fruity aroma of leather, horse blanket, lemon, gooseberry and some oak. Minimally sweet, gently sour, fairly funky and rather fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, oak, leather and horse blanket, followed by a medium long, medium tart, quite dry, funky and woody finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Lovely balanced Gueuze, quite fruity and not too acidic, good!
