YG. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma and flavor apple, yeast, lemon, apple, core grass.

750 ml bottle, shared by my son, from the cidery. ABV is 5.5%. Spontaneous fermentation. Pale golden colour, moderately sparkling. Dry and crisp, but still with a pleasant aroma and flavour of Discovery and Gravenstein apple varieties.
