Strange gusher of a panda ... which I think had blown (RIP CR423) due to the product!
Almost clear golden copper with a good sized white cap that thins to a swirl, carbonation evident.
Nose is crisp apple, sugars, straw, damp wood.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, sugars, strange lucozade sugary notes.
Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, drying close.
Okay cider if over carbonated and a little thin.

500ml bottle from Minds Eye Brewing. Clear deep orangey golden colour, bubbly head that dissipates to a thin white rim and aroma of rich apple, caramel, orchardy funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, ripe fruity, caramel, with orchard floor, barnyard, leathery funk, some tartness and drying earthy tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
