On draft at the brewery. Pours a murky cola brown with a tan head. Nutty, smoky nose. Flavors of leather and smoke. Medium bodied. Bitter finish.

Draft. Pours dark brown white head. Nose/taste of cocoa, light roast coffee. Medium body.

Draft - Dark roast and chocolate malts. Jet black with a nice brown head. Dark malts, cocoa and a bitter chocolate finish.

3 ounce draft at Corcoran Brewing Company poured into a tasting glass. Pours clear dark brown with light tan head. Aromas of caramel and roast. Tasting notes of bitter chocolate and roast. Medium body with a dry finish. Light mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

Draft at the source. Brown color, tan head. Aroma and taste both have lots of sweet cocoa and chocolate milk. Tasty.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a watery, translucent mahogany brown with some cloudy white head. Nice nose, toast, coffee, malt, nuts. Flavor is lightly sweet, nutty, light coffee, cola, toast. Dry finish. Well crafted.

On draft at Churchkey. Poured a relatively dark brown color with a medium sized light brown head. Aroma was roasted malts, touch of sweet and also a touch of earthy character. Flavor was roasted malts, chocolate character, some earthy character.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a large fizzy brown head. Below-average head retention. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and faint fruity notes. The taste is roasted malts, earthy notes, coffee. A bit on the watery side.
