Our version of an unfiltered pilsner lager, dry-hopped and cold conditioned with natural carbonation through the German Speise technique. Showcasing Eraclea Pilsner malt (produced from premium barley grown near the Adriatic Sea, northeast of Venice) with a noticeable malty-sweet aroma and notes of honey as well as Saaz, Tettnanger and Spalt Select hops.

16 oz can. Cracker malt backbone, mild grassy finish and as always with this brewer, well balanced. Lighter body with a decent crisp texture. Pairs excellent with pizza and wings.
