Can from Tavour: pours ruby brown with a beige head. Aroma is woody and loads of caramel. No boozy notes. Still is warming. Fairly sweetish. Some dry roast and hints of bitterness. Medium to heavy body. Light carbonatoon.

Can poured into a nonic pint. Deep brown with a small, fizzy brown head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, sweet malt, coffee, roast. Initial taste is same as the aroma with a bigger chocolate and coffee presence. Fades to light roasted coffee. Fairly full body and even carbonation. Very nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brown with a huge yellow/tan head that left smoothly. Aroma of dark toffee and a bit of dark fruit. Med body. Somewhat sweet. Flavor is the aroma. Not very bitter. But a very nice doppelbock.

Almost black colour with small head.Aroma of roasted malt dark dried fruit chocolate and toffee caramel nice full body good strong taste of chocolate we'll balanced nice overall.
