HOPS : Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Motueka.
ABV : 8%
We recently had the opportunity to put our hands on “Superdelic” hops, new to us, we immediately decided to design something around this hops. It seemed quite logical to make a 100% NZ hops line up ! We choose Nectaron and Motueka mainly for the hot side and whirlpool addition. We dry hopped twice with Superdelic paired with our favorite kiwi hop, Nelson Sauvin. Elysia is (for now) our biggest hop charge !
Low bitterness, high fruitiness, expect a huge medley of citrus, tropical fruits, red fruits, mango, fresh gooseberry, peaches and white grape notes.

10/X/25 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Kasper’s birthday party (home), BB: III/2026, #25042 (2025-995)
Cloudy beige bond beer, dense creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, zesty, some grapefruit, orange peel, tropical fruits, juicy, a little yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, fruity, tropical fruits, peaches, gentle bitterness, mango, some peach flavoured candy, slightly yeasty. Aftertaste: a little zesty, sweet, tropical fruits, juicy, gentle hoppiness, slightly bitter, some orange peel, mango, nice one, maybe a tad too sweet.
