Our flying carpet has been making frequent trips to New Zealand, bringing back the finest hops for our latest IPA. Brewed with a trio of southern hemisphere gems, Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka, this beer pours a
pale, sun-bleached gold and bursts with that unmistakable NZ “winey” character.

(Keg at Tired Uncle’s Taproom, 20260604) The beer poured yellow and almost opaque. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits and bread. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweet fruits, bread, zesty notes and bitterness. Aftertaste had zesty fruits and light bitterness. A hazy brew lacking almost every good aspect of the modern hazy beers.

33 cl draft - tout de même à 10€ ...
Haze sur léger doré, col blanc fin crémeux.
Arôme sur une belle base houblonnée - résine et finement herbacé en support - céréales ressort avec une touche de grillé en rétro (sarrasin ?) le tout repris par un léger côté agrumes en support.
Palais est sur une belle touche IPAish oscillant sur un bon côté neipa - cara malté avec un retrait grains/céréales d'épeautre voire de sarrasin. Résine revient en support avec une pointe d'agrumes.
