10th rating of this bad boy. Bottle. Cloudy orange yellow color, small off pink head that settles quickly. Aroma of feet and belly button, not overwhelming. Taste is lacto sour throughout, and the cherries sneak in toward the finish. Decent enough.

Bottle from CraftShack. Pours very hazy amber with an off-beige transient, foamy head. Aroma is sort of tart, with mild cooked cherry. Med body. Flavor is tart. Not harsh or sour, but tart. Cherries are very low key. Nice drink. It’s coming on a bit sour with time. There’s a little caramel - which seems inappropriate for the style. Nice mouth effect with each quaff.

Bottle. Pours with a hazed peach hued color with a fizzy white head that fades. Aromas are of sourdough bread, lactic acid, relatively strong butyric acid (vomit), pie cherries and baked bread. The vomit smell is a bit overwhelming for me. Flavors are of lactic acid, grainy, toasty, lots of apple esters, mild lemon, lighter butyric acid. Really not my thing: sour mash gone wrong. Cherries, a bit harsh, lightly vegital. To be honest, this is really not good. Lively carbonation, medium dry.
