Light & delicately tart wheat beer to celebrate the turning of summer to Autumn; bright & effervescent, with wheaty sweetness followed by a juicy, zippy acidity.

Tap at Bluejacket: Pours a hazy greyish yellow with a small white head. Aroma is funked out wheat malt, with some lemony citrus. Taste is somewhat sour and just a bit sweet. Extremely refreshing. It is not surprise that I finished this beer in less than five minutes.

On tap at the brewery on opening night. Pours a hazy, light yellow with some filmy, white head. Nose has a lot of lemon, perfume, yogurt, plenty of lacto, some grass. Flavor has quite a bit of lemon, cracker, clearly a wheat backbone, medicinal. Crisp finish, Very solid.
