Draft at the brewery. poured a cloudy color with a small white head. aroma was some funk notes. with some sour, almost vinous notes. flavor was tart, some fruit notes. some sour, malty notes.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color, white head. Aroma of slightly funky rising white bread dough. Taste is bitter hay and straw. Decent.

On tap at the brewery on opening night. Pours a hazy, caramel brown with some thin, white head. Nose of booze, nail polish, vinegar, some malt, a little strawberry. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, berry, malt, cracker. Dry finish. Decent.

On draft at the brewery on opening day. Pours a hazy reddish brown with a thin off white head. Tart cherry nose. Flavors of tart cherry, herbs, and a hint of cheese. Medium bodied. Light carbonation. Tart, crisp finish.
