Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear golden color, medium sized dense lightly creamy white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grainy, nice soft bitterness. More a pilsnener to me rather than a Hefeweizen. Probably that’s why I don’t dislike it.

Bottle, 4.6%. Weak metal aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very big stable white head. The flavour is yeasty and spicy with a distinct bitterness. Rather high bitterness for the style and not entirely pleasant.

Bottle. Pours nearly clean golden with creamy, stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and mild, hoppy touches. Sweetish flavour of fruit and malt, with bitter, hoppy notes, especially towards the rather estery finish. Hints of banana. Medium to high carbonation. Quite refreshing and rather decent, but not top notch.
