On tap at Bier Thirty Boise, ID Very dark, thin tan head and a dark sweet dark fruit aroma. Taste is rather bitter and sharp. Hints of the pumpkin and spice but subtle. Fairly attenuated and medium bodied

Draft at Snallygaster 2013. Poured a dark, black color with a nice medium-tan head. Aroma was dark chocolate, roasted malts - nice dry porter notes. A touch of spice up front, but it is more noticeable in the finish. The pumpkin is a bit lost with it being a porter, but it’s quite enjoyable with the nice spice notes.

Draught. A little spice and pumpkin in the aroma with chocolate and malt. Full bodied roast malt flavour, much cocoa, much roast. A little gourd in the finish.

Can at Crios, 75 beers for $5 festival. Very dark brown color, beige head. Aroma of cocoa powder, coffee grounds. Taste is roasty with a bit of fruit. Nice.
