Аромат кислый, слегка винный, при созревании отдает мочой. Цвет темно золотистый, без пены. Вкус виноградный, слегка ягодный и цитрусовый. Хороший баланс между слабостью и кислым оттенком. Послевкусие кислое, возможно лимонное, но не резкое. Прекрасное сухой оттенок белого вина. В целом шикарное пиво.

Small almost greyish white head over still, metallic golden beer. Almost overpowering nose of aged (forgotten?) strong white wine. Dessert wine, white port. Very mild, even demure taste, with again sweet white wine. Hints of sultanas, sweetened sherry. Feels better carbonated than it looks, although soft all the same; medium to better bodied. In the end, I'm not that impressed, certainly compared to other Mikkeller wine/beer hybrids (Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, anybody?). It's just too... mellow?

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grapes, some mild tart wood, green apple skins, mild acidity and white wine tones. Flavour is pretty much having the same elements as the aroma, actually in a rather nice balance. Fruity, but somewhat dry aftertaste and palate.

Bottle at Hunah Day. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is wood, grape, yeast. Medium body, sweet grape, oak, light tartness, dry finish, very good.

Well stored bottle. Clear golden body with a big, creamy white head. Aroma is fruity with sour berries. Taste is mild fruity, acidic berries, both sweet and sour, mild funk. Fine body and nice aftertaste. A fine balanced medium sour, quite fruity beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of white wine, green grapes, citrus, coriander, lemongrass, stone fruits, some funk and oaky notes. Taste is very vinous, sweet green grapes, champagne, citrus, lemon zest, a dry cava-like finish. Nice!

Bottle from Kihoskh a while ago. Dusty grapefruit aroma, green apple. Taste is slightly vinous, lots of green apple again. Pleasant sourness, quite fruity and quite nice. White wine, tropical fruit. Surprisingly good.

Bottle as 12 Winale B-sides. A hazy and golden beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has grapes, acidity, fruitness of apple. Taste has fruitness, grape, apple, acidity of white wine. Medium bodied. Interesting, wine like, complex. Good beer.
