Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 25A adapted: low alcohol). Can 33 cl - Batch 10:15 (BB: 28/11/26) AROMA: medium wort profile with low notes of hops (pine), slight esters (oranges) and phenolics (clove). APPEARANCE: yellow color and cristal clear but with ifne particulatres in suspension. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium-low sweet beer wort flavor, followed by very low esters (oranges) and faint hops (resin-like). medium to medium-high bitterness trying to counterbalance the wort sweetness but finishes somewhat sweet with some bitterness lingering. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a low alcohol Blonde-type of beer with interesting fermentation notes but with a wort presence that is a bit too much.

I feel like this is an inaccurate category. It's definitely an n/a blonde.
